BASE: 1/2 pound phyllo
           
3/4 plate melted Vitam

FILLING: 1 cup sugar water
                   Vegetable oil 1 cup water
                   5 eggs
                   1 vanilla
                   1 sachet baking powder
                   5 tablespoons full of yoghurt
                   zest of 1 ½ orange


SYRUP: 2 cups of sugar water
                   2 glasses of water
                   2 glasses of orange juice and
                   cook for 5-6 minutes

PERFORMANCE: With the melted butter to coat pan.
Put the leaves like ¨ ¨ swab into the pan and
drizzle with remaining melted butter. Beat
all filling ingredients with whisk the eggs and
 pour over the leaves. Bake in prothermenomeno
oven (180 degrees) until browned well just baked
pour over the cold syrup.
